We do offer a 30 day guarantee on all unopened, unmarked, and resalable products purchased from our site. Items being returned cannot have any damage, labels, or markings on the packaging. These items must not have been opened and cannot be expired. We will not issue credit for any items that have been opened or used.
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 30 day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Label.
2) We will contact you within 24 business hours of receiving the email.
3) We will ask you to identify the products you wish to return. We must know the exact quantity of each item and the reason it is being returned.
4) Our shipping department will email you a UPS Return Label.
5) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm its condition, we will issue a Credit Memo for the unopened product and email you a copy. You will be emailed a copy of the credit memo.
6) The Credit Memo will be available to apply to your next order. We will only refund the money for a Credit Memo if the Customer Account is being closed. This refund may come as a check made payable to the name on the Customer Account or credited back to the original credit card used in purchasing the product. A 3% processing fee will deducted from any Credit Memo being refunded using a credit card.
